Psycho Raw Hammer

16 Aug

Pin length from axis point is 5 1/4 inches and above fingers. If you were a fan of the Hammer Raw Hammer Doom you will absolutely love this ball. The Hammer Raw Hammer Psycho is not as jerky as the Hammer Raw Hammer Doom was on the backend which could sometimes get you into trouble with the Hammer Raw Hammer Doom . The Hammer Raw Hammer Psycho provides a smoother more predictable backend reaction than the Hammer Raw Hammer Doom. The Hammer Raw Hammer Psycho is a great ball for league play or later in the block tournaments.

Track Up-Rising Bowling Ball

08 Aug

I drilled this with the number 2 drilling on it. The Track Up-Rising is much cleaner through the front part of the lane than the Track The Rising was and provides and much sharper movement in the backend. With this different motion on the backend, the Track Up-Rising hits twice as hard as the Track The Rising did. The carry I witnessed with this ball was incredible, just like the Rising when it looked like I would flat 7 (I’m left handed) I still managed to get it out. The Track Up-Rising isn’t the prettiest ball in the bag, but it should be one of the first to come out of your bag.

Momentum Swing

08 Aug

Pin length from axis point is 3 ½ inches and below fingers. Out of the box reaction with the Columbia 300 Momentum Swing is smooth and even rolling which is what I drilled it for. I was looking for a ball that I could play the lanes a little straighter with in the beginning of a tournament block and I definitely found it.

I have mostly used this ball on the Scorpion pattern and it roll really well with the out of box surface on it even when the fronts start to go, I’m able to continue to use it and just move. I did mess around with the surface on it by applying Powerhouse Factory Finish Polish so I could use it on a house pattern. With the polish on the Columbia 300 Momentum Swing, the ball had a whole new characteristic; it now became a long and strong backend ball. Overall I am very impressed with this ball and would say it is very versatile and can be used on a variety of conditions.
